Please note:
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- The expiry date cannot be extended, and vouchers cannot be redeemed after this date.
- We recommend booking workshops well in advance, as some popular events may sell out quickly.
- If you are unable to find a suitable workshop before your voucher expires, please contact us before the expiry date. While we cannot guarantee an extension, we will always do our best to help where possible.
- Gift vouchers can be used across our full range of workshops, in our studio gift shop, and online, giving you plenty of flexibility throughout the 12-month validity period.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and any remaining balance will stay on the voucher until the expiry date.
