As a small business we have a clear non-refundable policy to ensure that our costs are covered and the ongoing viability of our workshops are protected. We will make every effort to ensure that your creative experience goes ahead on the confirmed date and time. However, should unforeseen conditions arise, an alternative date or time will be offered or a full refund will be given. Unfortunately, all our workshops are non - transferable and refunds cannot be given for cancellations. Bookings are confirmed with full payment.
