Fondant Florals | Cakes Made Easy

Join us for a relaxed, hands-on workshop where participants will create a beautiful boxed set of floral cupcakes from start to finish.
Participants will pipe buttercream swirls onto 9 cupcakes, then learn how to create delicate fondant flowers in various sizes, adding leaves and finishing touches such as butterflies to complete an elegant, coordinated set.

No experience is needed - this workshop is designed especially for beginners and home
bakers who want clear, step-by-step guidance in a supportive setting.

What Participants Will Learn:

Buttercream Swirls

• How to hold and control a piping bag confidently
• How to pipe smooth, consistent swirls
• Simple finishing touches to elevate the overall look

Fondant Flowers & Decorative Elements

• How to work with modelling paste
• How to roll and shape fondant flowers in different size
• How to create petals, centres and leaves
• How to add delicate finishing touches such as butterflies
• How to arrange and secure decorations neatly on cupcakes
  Modelling paste will be prepared and ready to use. Sharon will also explain how it is made so participants can recreate it at home.
