HOW DO I RETURN MY POUCHES TO REFILL?

Simply return your used pouches to us in the post using the most cost effective way - 2nd class large letter is usually the best. Make sure to include your name & new order number.

Once your pouch has been returned to us we will process your order and issue you a £1 refund.

PLEASE NOTE: When placing a new order which involves refilling a used pouch, please ensure you let us know in the notes that your pouch/pouches are being returned so we do not process the order using a new pouch.
