 Crafternoon Tea: Wall Hanging Charm Pottery Workshop

Join us for a beautiful Mother’s Day–inspired Crafternoon Tea experience, designed to slow things down, spark creativity and celebrate meaningful moments. This relaxed Saturday afternoon is all about switching off, enjoying time together and creating something truly special to treasure.

Settle in amongst vintage table runners, pretty china and cake stands filled with delicious treats. You’ll be welcomed with a complimentary glass of Prosecco on arrival (or soft drink), followed by bottomless tea or coffee and a lavish afternoon tea spread to enjoy as you chat, laugh and unwind. 

The Craft:

During the experience, you’ll take part in a Wall Hanging Charm Pottery Workshop – a light, mindful and beginner-friendly ceramic session focused on texture, message and movement.

You’ll begin by sculpting a stoneware heart (or shape of your choice), choosing to keep it smooth and simple or personalise it with a name, word, date or meaningful message. Alongside this, you’ll hand-form a selection of ceramic beads and discs, experimenting with different shapes and sizes to create a balanced, rhythmic design.

You’ll finish by choosing from a range of beautiful glazes, from soft earthy tones to something more expressive. No pottery experience is needed – this is a gentle, relaxing craft that’s easy on the brain and full of enjoyment.

Once fired, your ceramic pieces will be threaded onto natural cord, leather or ribbon, creating a piece of “wall jewellery” – a tactile, soulful keepsake that captures a moment in time. These charms make especially thoughtful Mother’s Day gifts or a sentimental addition to your own home.

Please note: your ceramic pieces will need time to dry and be fired in the kiln. Finished wall hanging charms will be ready for collection approximately 2–3 weeks after the workshop.
