Welcome the festive season in with this calming botanical Christmas themed workshop where you will create your own gift tags and cards with a more personal touch this year, creating whimsical and delicate hand printed designs for your friends and family.
Using freshly foraged ferns and dandelions, Katie will help you hand print your own cards covering the fundamentals of the traditional relief printing method, including exploring how to hand mix your own block ink colours. Katie will share her top tips on how to create a successful relief print. You will also have the opportunity to use pressed leaves to create your own gift tags, including hand painting final embellishments for the finishing touches!
This small class is the perfect way to relax and unwind using mother nature's beauty in this creative botanical printing workshop with a Christmas twist!
