I have great pleasure in introducing our first pamper experience, hands on yet relaxing this class is dedicated to you and your well-being.
During this 3 hour class you will learn to make your own bespoke skincare products, using pure essential oils and vegan base ingredients which meet your own therapeutic and skincare needs. Choose from Face Cream, Hand Cream, Body Lotion, Massage Oil, Foot Cream, Aches & Pain Lotion, Cleanser or something else to meet your own needs.
You will then have the opportunity to experience an introduction to carrying out correct massage techniques in order that you/your partner can have the best therapeutic experience possible.
Fran, your tutor, is an experienced workshop facilitator and aromatherapist with a passion for sustainable living, crafts and all things natural. She loves to share her passion with others so that they can go home and continue to create products for themselves.
What you will learn in this workshop?
- What are essential oils and their properties
- Brief history about aromatherapy and pure essential oils
- Buying pure essential oils
- What are the bases you can use with pure essential oils
- How to make an essential oil blend
- Ingredient blending for personal therapeutic purposes and/or fragrance
- How to make a product
- Make a minimum of 3 products to take home
- Using a blend for massage
- Basic massage techniques
To add to this indulgent experience we will be serving refreshments and sweet treats including a glass of fizz!
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? After completing your online booking your contact details will be passed on to Fran in order for her to contact you directly. At this time she will be able to give you any last minute information about the session and it gives you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
